“Tiglio” is Italian for Linden Tree, and symbolizes the ideas of growth, protection, grace and peace. I established Tiglio Arts in 2005 to bring my jewelry, fiber arts, and polymer clay work to the public and transitioned to it as my full time work in April 2014.
Currently, I am working on spirit totems, both as dolls and as wall pieces, as mixed fiber media. These represent the outgrowth of several years of dedicated spiritual reflection and growth as I sought to understand the balance and intertwined nature of the creative and analytic aspects of her life.
